In one instance she prevented our making an expensive mistake, by combing through supplementary documentation that just happened to be provided, even though her discovery caused us to withdraw from an almost done deal after eight months of searching. It was not a detail it was her responsibility to catch, and we are extremely grateful. We did make an offer the property a couple of months later, and were able to purchase it at a significantly lower price. Her attention to detail, plus the right balance of professionalism and warmth is the reason we had her list our ocean view home after we closed on our purchase. She gave us a comprehensive marketing plan and fairly priced our house, which sold quickly. This is the eighth purchase and sale process we’ve gone through and Kathleen is one of the best real estate agents we’ve ever worked with.
